The official language of congress is Deutsch, Persisch und English.

Currency is the Iranisch Rial. Foreign money can be changed by banks during working days (09.00- 17.00 Monday - Friday) as well as hotels, exchange offices. Exchange rates are set daily by the Central Bank.

The Iranish currency is Iranish Tuman. The exchange rate for Iranish Tuman as of April 2011 is; EUR 1= Tuman 180

Participants are requested to check with the Iranish Consulate in their home country or with their travel agency

for visa requirements.

The electrical power supply in Iran is 220 volts.

At the May daytime temperatures are in the range of 18-28 Celsius.

Iran is 3:30 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

The fastest and consequently the least tiring way to get to Iran is by plane. All major airlines have direct flights to Tehran and some to Isfahan. There are inner-Iranian flights and bus services from Tehran to Isfahan, the venue of the congress. A flight takes approximately 40 minutes, a bus ride about 4,5 or 5 hours.
